As Distribution Supervisor, you will analyze distribution operations while following established departmental procedures and practices. The position covers Transport, DSD, and RDO operations, with emphasis on operating plans, budgets, costs, equipment, and efficiency. Leadership includes proactive communication, employee involvement, feedback, and appraisal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain knowledge of regional Transport, DSD, and RDO systems
- Support annual operating plans and budgets
- Review monthly costs against budget and establish action plans
- Evaluate route productivity and improve efficiency




- Lead personnel through communication, involvement, feedback, and appraisal
