Lead supplier governance at Sun Life through performance management and risk analysis in a hybrid work model supporting Canadian business units.

The Senior Specialist, Supplier Strategy & Integration manages supplier relationships across an assigned portfolio. You will coordinate onboarding, renewals, scorecards, due diligence, reporting, and escalations. The role supports consistent governance practices and continuous improvement across supplier processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage supplier performance, service levels, obligations, risks, issues, and escalations
- Coordinate supplier onboarding, integrations, renewals, amendments, and change requests
- Prepare scorecards, KPIs, reports, and business review meetings
- Track risks and coordinate resolution with stakeholders




- Support due diligence and supplier governance practices

Requirements:

- Knowledge of supplier relationship management and governance practices
- Experience managing performance, contracts, KPIs, risks, and escalations
- Strong analytical, research, communication, and influencing skills
- Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent skilled experience
