As Manager, Software Engineering, you will own the Content Tools engineering lifecycle supporting CoCounsel Agent Context. Your work spans architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, cloud operations, and developer experience. You will establish standards that help teams build reliable tools for legal content and agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the Content Tools engineering roadmap and delivery lifecycle
- Guide architecture, system design, reviews, and targeted implementation
- Establish API contracts, schemas, templates, and contribution standards




- Lead information retrieval evaluation and automated quality gates
- Operate production services through monitoring, SLOs, and incident response

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field
- Six or more years software engineering experience
- Two or more years technical leadership or engineering management experience
- Proficiency in Python, API design, testing, and CI/CD
- Experience operating shared platforms across distributed development teams
