Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations testing in a hybrid Toronto role, using structured QA practices and automation tools.

As Senior Analyst, Quality Assurance Products at Four Seasons, you will test enhancements, integrations, releases, and One Version updates. The work spans Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and related modules. You will translate requirements into coverage and validate business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop test plans, scenarios, scripts, and coverage matrices
- Execute functional, integration, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing
- Maintain test assets and traceability in Azure DevOps
- Validate D365 interfaces and end-to-end transactions
- Analyze defects, coordinate retesting, and escalate complex risks

Requirements:

- Five to seven or more years of software testing experience
- At least three years testing D365 Finance and Operations
- Hands-on Azure DevOps and approved automation tool experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related discipline
- Solid analytical, communication, and documentation skills
