Deliver quality meal service as a Dietary Aide with Northwood, preparing food, serving residents, and following food safety standards. This role supports various sites.

Reporting to the Manager of Food and Nutrition Services, the Dietary Aide provides meals for residents, special functions, and occasions. Duties include food preparation, dining service, sanitation, and delivery. The work requires attention to diet modifications, supplements, portion sizes, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare beverages, food items, and special products
- Set up, serve, and sanitize decentralized dining sites
- Provide table service with diet modifications and supplements
- Operate and sanitize equipment using HACCP Principles
- Portion, label, distribute, and replenish prepared foods

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years food service experience
- Food service experience in long term health care preferred
- Ability to lift 50lbs at a time
- Regular and consistent attendance

Support Northwood residents through attentive meal service, food preparation, sanitation, and protected, accurate dietary delivery.
