This full time permanent Letter Press Operator role focuses on large press finishing for DCM’s valued clients. You will perforate, score, die cut, foil, and emboss printed materials. The work also involves equipment setup, troubleshooting, inspection, cleaning, and preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform perforating, scoring, die cutting, foiling, and embossing
- Prepare substrates and load materials from print dockets
- Adjust equipment during makeready and job setup
- Monitor production quantities, quality, and printed-sheet defects




- Follow preventative maintenance and post-job cleaning schedules

Requirements:

- Secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with letterpress applications and processes
- Strong printing industry and mechanical maintenance knowledge
- Heidelberg Cylinder, Windmill, or Kluge experience is an asset
- English communication skills and 40-pound lifting ability
