This frontline supervisor position supports the Safety Above All Culture at a station. You will manage day-to-day sort operations and assigned Cargo Handlers. The work includes mentoring, coaching, training, and maintaining compliant administrative processes under FedEx policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct day-to-day sort operations within the station
- Lead proper package handling and routing activities
- Guide Cargo Handlers in assigned work functions
- Recover potential service failures during station sorting
- Ensure administrative processes follow policies and regulations

Requirements:

- College degree
- Two years FedEx sort operations or senior hourly experience
- Alternatively, two years supervisory experience in a related industry
- Valid driver’s license and positive driving record
- Ability to complete required training and maintain certification
