Convergint seeks a Facilities Building Operator for its Firebag In-Situ site. You will support building systems, respond to service requests, and maintain protected operations. The work includes HVAC, plumbing, heating plants, SAP, permits, inspections, and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct building walkthroughs and correct identified deficiencies
- Perform minor HVAC and plumbing maintenance functions
- Process work notifications and service requests using SAP
- Maintain equipment, meter reading, and ABSA logs
- Coordinate utility shutdowns and start-ups through permits

Requirements:

- Complete a 4th Class Power Engineering certificate
- Register as a 4th Class Power Engineer with ABSA
- Bring five years of commercial or industrial experience
- Hold a valid driver’s license and required safety orientation
- Understand building operations, OHS, drawings, and mechanical isolation
