Within CGIC’s Claims department, you will investigate, negotiate, and settle service claims for clients. This regular full-time position requires English and French, supports major event response, and advances professional, client-centric service. You will communicate clearly, resolve concerns, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret and apply coverages during service claim handling
- Investigate, negotiate, and settle claims efficiently
- Communicate with clients and resolve concerns clearly
- Identify salvage and subrogation recovery opportunities
- Share claims knowledge and suggest process efficiencies

Requirements:

- One year of insurance experience or two related business years
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- Client service experience in insurance or related fields
- Critical thinking and explicit communication skills
- Commitment to pursue CIP and provincial adjuster licenses
