As an Outbound Product Manager, you will commercialize assigned enterprise software and healthcare technology products. You will define customer value, enable field teams, coordinate readiness, and strengthen product-market fit through structured validation. The 12-month contract supports strategic initiatives within PointClickCare’s Outbound Product Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop go-to-market plans for products and strategic initiatives
- Define positioning and messaging with Marketing and Product
- Coordinate readiness across Sales, RevOps, and Support
- Monitor adoption, usage, and performance metrics




- Gather customer and competitive intelligence for roadmap discussions

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in product management, marketing, or go-to-market roles
- Enterprise software or healthcare technology experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Enterprise SaaS or AI-driven solutions commercialization experience
- Solid analytical, communication, and storytelling skills
