This customer-facing technical role sits within Engineering and connects Engineering, Go-To-Market teams, and external vendors. You will manage punchout deployments, resolve configuration issues, and support purchasing flows through preferred suppliers. The position suits candidates with SaaS experience, web technologies, and API concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own punchout implementation and configuration throughout its lifecycle
- Coordinate credentials and connectivity with external vendors
- Test integrations and validate data integrity before release
- Triage requests from Customer Success and Sales teams




- Use Python to implement and test cXML configurations

Requirements:

- Two or more years in technical support or implementation engineering
- Experience in a customer-facing technical SaaS role
- Python experience reading and debugging established codebases
- Understanding of web technologies and REST or HTTP APIs
- Robust analytical, written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills
