Lead Canadian Tire space planning with POG production, quality control, and AI tools while supporting Specialists through accurate, timely delivery.

Reporting to the Space Planning Manager, this Team Lead guides Space Planning Specialists throughout planogram builds. You will partner with Merchandising and cross functional teams to deliver executable customer focused programs. The position combines coaching, technical support, data analysis, and process improvement across Space Planning projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide daily leadership and technical guidance to Space Planning Specialists
- Manage POG production and resolve delivery issues proactively
- Lead quality control for visual merchandising and data integrity




- Analyze POG and sales metrics for planning recommendations
- Develop training and support AI tool adoption

Requirements:

- Post secondary education or equivalent education and experience
- Two to three years of Space Planning experience
- Leadership, collaboration, coaching, and communication skills
- Microsoft 365 proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Practical AI tools knowledge and prompt development experience preferred
