As a Machine Learning Consultant, you will fine-tune and optimize models supporting content moderation and policy enforcement. You will assess AI reasoning, annotate content, and collaborate with Policy Experts. Your analysis will inform annotation workflows, engineering reports, and AI-driven policy decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate AI outputs and reasoning for nuanced Trust & Safety cases
- Perform content annotations with Policy Experts
- Support supervised fine-tuning and RLHF processes
- Analyze data for trends, patterns, and model weaknesses
- Prepare reports and insights for engineering and policy teams

Requirements:

- Two-plus years in supervised fine-tuning or RLHF
- Two-plus years of Machine Learning operations experience
- One-plus year in UGC moderation or Trust & Safety
- Solid data analysis, trend detection, and report writing skills
- Native-level English and careful workflow execution
