Drive manufacturability for complex electromechanical products as a Manufacturing Engineer in Vancouver, BC, working fully onsite across design and production.

This contract-to-hire position connects product design with scalable manufacturing. You will guide DFM, DFA, and DFT reviews while developing processes, tooling, workflows, and production methods. The work combines technical leadership with hands-on execution on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent manufacturing perspectives in product and design decisions
- Lead DFM, DFA, and DFT reviews
- Transition designs through NPI into manufacturing
- Develop processes, workflows, tooling, and work methods
- Troubleshoot production issues with operations teams

Requirements:

- Seven or more years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Two or more years providing technical leadership or mentorship
- Experience leading NPI and industrialization activities
- Robust DFM, DFA, and process development knowledge
- Experience with complex electromechanical products or equipment
