As Supervisor Surface Production, you will lead frontline operations from commissioning into operational execution. You will supervise fixed-plant activities, manage process safety risks, and support reliable performance in a regulated environment. The role requires strong communication, coaching, and decision-making during changing conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise secure, productive surface production operations
- Lead pre-starts, inspections, toolbox talks, and shift handovers
- Embed BHP safety and field leadership frameworks




- Manage operational risks and emergency situations
- Allocate resources and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Supervisory experience in fixed plant, mining, or heavy industry
- Understanding of operational risk and process safety
- Experience leading teams through changing conditions
