Lead high-performance team services for Alpine Canada Alpine in Calgary, coordinating apparel, equipment, suppliers, and athlete support programs. This is a 14-month temporary contract.

The Manager, High-Performance Services supports Alpine, Para-Alpine, and Ski Cross teams throughout the season. You will coordinate ordering, inventory, distribution, race suit innovation, supplier relationships, and merchandise programs. The position reports to the Senior Vice-President Chief Commercial Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support team uniform and equipment needs throughout each season
- Manage race suit ordering, distribution, and innovation projects
- Track inventory, equipment, products, and supplier deliverables
- Coordinate athlete headgear and shoulder patch programs
- Support supplier activations,



product development, and co-branding initiatives

Requirements:

- Five to seven or more years of progressive relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sport administration, or relevant experience
- Solid project management, organization, prioritization, and time management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office expertise, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Calgary office availability, with peak-season evenings and weekends
