Lead U.S. and Canadian medical device sales remotely, using channel development and revenue ownership to build Ring Rescue’s commercial organization.

As Vice President of Sales, you will join the leadership team and shape growth strategy for direct, inside, and partner-led sales. You will own recent-customer acquisition, installed-base growth, and expansion within existing accounts. The mandate includes building sales standards, forecasting discipline, and channel performance across hospital and emerging healthcare segments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and hold sales teams and partners accountable
- Own kit, consumable revenue, quotas, and rolling forecasts
- Set distributor standards, business plans, territories, and conflict rules
- Drive HubSpot adoption, pipeline quality,



and playbook execution
- Activate customers and open fire/EMS, perioperative, and urgent care segments

Requirements:

- 10+ years in medical device sales
- 4+ years leading quota-carrying teams
- Experience selling capital equipment and consumables into acute care
- Hospital buying systems and GPO/IDN contracting fluency
- Willingness to travel 40-50% during build and conversion campaigns
