The Store Leader Trainee develops toward store leadership within 7-Eleven’s convenience, restaurant, and fuel business. You will support merchandising, marketing, profitability, customer care, and team development. Training programs build confidence while you learn the business and prepare to lead store employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide customer service leadership across store operations
- Train, coach, and develop store employees
- Implement merchandising and marketing programs
- Use P&L; and store reports to affect change
- Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and rewards promotion

Requirements:

- Previous supervisory experience in store operations
- High school diploma or GED preferred, or retail management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
