Design DeltaV automation solutions and support customer proposals as an Intermediate Application Engineer with Lakeside Process Controls Ltd. Hybrid work is available.

This intermediate engineering role supports Automation and Control System Solutions for Lakeside customers. You will translate RFQs into fit-for-purpose solutions while applying controls architecture, quoting, instrumentation, and commercial judgment. Direct work with DeltaV DCS install-base customers is included.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support, solution design, and customer quotations
- Translate RFQs into automation solutions and defined scopes
- Review P&IDs;, instrumentation specifications, panels, and schematics
- Prepare complex proposals and multi-line BO-style quotes




- Drive renewals, upgrades, and support agreement options

Requirements:

- Engineering degree or engineering technologist diploma
- Four or more years in application engineering
- Deep knowledge of one Emerson Business Unit
- Proficiency with Emerson and Lakeside internal tools
- Transparent communication and complex independent problem-solving abilities
