This term Caretaker position averages 14 hours weekly and may become permanent. The work covers church cleaning, minor maintenance, security, building inspections, and reporting extensive repairs. Candidates need cleaning knowledge, WHMIS training, communication skills, and independent task completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean all areas of Trinity United Church
- Clear winter walkways and building entrances
- Maintain church grounds during spring, summer, and fall
- Complete small maintenance tasks and basic repairs
- Inspect facilities and report extensive repairs

Requirements:

- Knowledge of diverse cleaning methods
- WHMIS training certificate
- Ability to use a snowblower effectively
- Basic computer, reading, and writing skills
- Ability to bend, lift, and climb stairs and ladders
