As Clinic Manager, you will co-lead a high-volume, patient-focused practice within the Passion Dental Clinics network. You will oversee workflows, staffing, financial processes, and team culture. The role partners with the current Clinic Manager to share clinic success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and optimize clinic systems, workflows, and internal processes
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and daily human resources functions
- Oversee billing, insurance processes, and financial accuracy
- Create budgets and manage clinic performance metrics

Requirements:

- Two-plus years of dental clinic management experience
- Two-plus years of leadership experience coaching teams
- Strong knowledge of dental billing and insurance systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility supporting seven-day extended-hours operations
