Coordinate governance and enterprise policy work at Conexus in Saskatchewan, applying organization, confidentiality, and detail orientation across Board support.

As Governance and Enterprise Policy Coordinator, you will report to the Director, Governance and provide high-level administrative coordination. You will organize Board and Committee meetings, maintain official records, and support governance matters. You will also coordinate policy reviews, reporting, workflows, and maintenance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide confidential administrative support to the Board and Committees
- Coordinate meeting schedules, agendas, packages, logistics, and follow-up
- Record minutes, motions, decisions, and action items accurately




- Maintain governance records and submit required regulatory materials
- Coordinate policy reviews, updates, reporting, and compliance escalations

Requirements:

- Five or more years of related governance experience
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting boards, committees, minutes, and decisions
- Policy system management training or experience
- Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
