The Green Party of Ontario seeks an Organizing Director to align department workplans with strategic goals. This full-time position supports issue campaigns, election campaigns, and organizing across the province. The Director collaborates with senior staff, Leaders, and other departments to coordinate mission-driven efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide the Organizing Team’s workplans and objectives
- Lead provincial and riding-level issue campaigns
- Coach riding teams on election readiness
