ALS is seeking a bilingual HR Advisor to support an assigned client group alongside the HR Manager. You will serve as the primary HR contact for managers, supervisors, and staff, delivering guidance on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and policy interpretation.

You will help administer HR programs, assist with investigations, performance management, workforce planning, and ensure compliance with employment laws while fostering a respectful workplace culture.
