Review mechanical engineering packages for Insight Global’s greenfield mining development as a senior owner-side technical reviewer. Apply technical assurance across major capital-project deliverables.

This 12-month contract may extend and supports an owner-side engineering and project team. Evaluate drawings, specifications, data sheets, equipment documentation, and multidisciplinary interfaces. Challenge external Engineering Service Providers, EPC/EPCM firms, consultants, and vendors while advancing packages toward construction and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review mechanical drawings, specifications, data sheets, and engineering packages
- Assess deliverables against requirements, design criteria, codes, and standards
- Identify deficiencies, provide comments and redlines, and drive resolution
- Coordinate interfaces with piping,



structural, civil, electrical, and process disciplines
- Represent owner technical requirements through construction readiness

Requirements:

- 10+ years’ progressive mechanical engineering experience
- P.Eng. designation in the stationed Canadian province
- Owner-side, Owner’s Engineer, EPC/EPCM, or technical assurance experience
- Mining, mineral processing, heavy industrial, or large capital-project experience
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
