This contract supports product and portfolio analytics initiatives across the credit card business. You will partner with stakeholders, product teams, portfolio analytics groups, and Agile squads. The work focuses on customer behaviour, product optimization, campaigns, and portfolio outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead analytics engagements across credit card products and portfolios
- Translate business requirements into analytics objectives and recommendations
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends and risks
- Develop and maintain production machine learning models
- Present insights to technical and senior stakeholders

Requirements:

- At least eight years of Business Analyst experience
- At least three years of product knowledge experience
- Banking or credit card industry experience
- Experience using SQL, SAS, Python, and contemporary analytics tools
- Expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning
