As Corporate Segment Operational Risk Manager, you will support TD Bank Group’s Operational Risk Management Framework. The role partners with Corporate Function areas including Digital Strategy, Innovation, Financial Crimes, Payments, and Fraud Protect Platform. You will oversee programs, assess exposures, and help ensure risks are identified, understood, and managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee operational risk programs across selected corporate functions
- Challenge risk management activities and escalate significant issues
- Ensure functions identify, report, and mitigate operational risks




- Execute 2A requirements supporting the three lines of defense
- Coordinate with Compliance, AML, Legal, and HR peers

Requirements:

- Experience in risk management or related control functions
- Robust knowledge of operational risk programs, policies, and frameworks
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and obtain consensus
- Undergraduate degree or relevant experience or accreditation
