Lead maintenance operations across Baptist Housing communities in British Columbia, applying facilities management expertise and strategic leadership. This full time role serves Greater Vancouver, Victoria, or Kelowna.

As Regional Manager, Maintenance, you will support Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Seniors Rental Housing portfolios. You will guide building performance, capital planning, sustainability, compliance, and maintenance excellence. The role combines technical expertise with servant leadership and partnership building.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead maintenance operations across multiple communities
- Conduct building assessments and recommend capital repairs
- Develop capital plans and replacement reserve strategies
- Manage vendors, contracts, budgets,



and procurement
- Ensure WorkSafeBC compliance and contractor safety

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in engineering technology or related field
- Red Seal trades certification, preferably multi-trade
- Five to seven years leading multi-building maintenance operations
- Experience managing budgets up to $1 million
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and maintenance systems
