Gate Gourmet Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced Unit Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced production environment. You will ensure safety, policy compliance, labor control and team leadership to drive performance across the unit.

The role requires robust leadership, analytical thinking and excellent communication, with a track record in improving efficiency and managing a sizeable staff in a multi-site setting. High-volume food manufacturing experience is a plus.
