As Senior Analyst, you will develop national and international strategies for the Ministry of Energy and Minerals. The position leads complex files independently, using stakeholder analysis, market intelligence, policy research, and relationship management. Your work supports ministerial missions, major engagements, and market access priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop domestic and international advocacy and engagement strategies
- Translate priorities into audiences, messages, outcomes, and engagement mechanisms
- Lead ministerial missions, conferences, and high-profile engagements




- Manage complex engagement files with minimal supervision
- Prepare advice, briefings, correspondence, and recommendations for senior officials

Requirements:

- University degree in a related field
- Minimum four years of related experience
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Knowledge of Alberta’s energy industry and global energy landscape
- Ability to assess complex issues and adapt engagement plans
