Public Works product expertise meets operational support at Esri Canada, covering licensing, migrations, and product recommendations. Work from home or hybrid work is offered.

As Product Solutions Manager, you will support Public Works Solutions, Sales, and Renewal Management teams. You will work with Cityworks, Trimble Unity, ArcGIS, Salesforce Sales Console, and related products. Your work will inform priorities, support migrations, and equip stakeholders with practical materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop quotes, administer pricing, renew subscriptions, and process orders
- Coordinate Cityworks to Trimble Unity commercial migrations
- Analyze feedback, usage, requirements, trends, risks, and opportunities
- Translate workflows into use cases, recommendations,



and demonstrations
- Deliver training, messaging, presentations, and enablement resources

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in a related field
- Minimum five years of relevant experience
- Experience with Cityworks, Trimble Unity, ArcGIS, or comparable products
- Knowledge of Public Works practices and operations
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Console and reporting
