As a Learning Experience Designer II, you will support Financial Advisors, trainees, Client Support Team members, and Home Office associates. You will design, develop, deliver, and curate learning aligned with business strategy. The work builds industry, wealth management, advisory, and practice management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate in-person and virtual sessions, workshops, and peer discussions
- Design multi-modal learning experiences that drive performance outcomes
- Collaborate with subject matter experts on measurable learning improvement
- Conduct research, prototyping, co-creation,



and learner validation
- Analyze measurement insights to improve learning effectiveness

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree preferred in education or related field
- Three-plus years designing interactive multi-modal learning experiences
- Three-plus years facilitating learning sessions and workshops
- Proficiency with Rise, Storyline, Vyond, Xyleme, and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Adult Learning certification preferred
