CUDA image processing and embedded firmware define this Senior Embedded Imaging Software Engineer role at Urban Sky in Denver. The position is full time, salaried, and onsite.

You will own firmware, imaging pipelines, and data movement for Urban Sky’s EO and IR payloads. Work spans NVIDIA Jetson platforms, PCIe, C/C++, optical calibration, and command-and-control infrastructure. The goal is clean, calibrated, geo-tagged imagery from sensor through ground links.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop firmware for EO and IR payload sensors
- Build CUDA pipelines for calibrated raw imagery
- Implement IR NUC and radiometric calibration
- Architect PCIe data paths and routing infrastructure
- Integrate payloads with gimbal motion-control systems

Requirements:

- Five-plus years developing embedded C/C++ firmware
- Experience with embedded Linux or bare-metal RTOS systems
- Hands-on NVIDIA Jetson or comparable SoC experience
- Deep high-rate PCIe driver and DMA experience
- United States citizenship or permanent residency required
