Lead All Tribes Christian Camp through hands-on program oversight and Gospel-centered ministry as a full time Executive Director.

One Hope Canada seeks an individual or couple to direct camp operations and ministry. The position centers on presenting the Gospel, particularly to children and youth, and discipling believers through the church. Responsibilities span programs, facilities, staff, volunteers, and promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and oversee camp programs and ministry activities
- Maintain facilities and camp assets
- Recruit and care for staff and volunteers
- Promote camp ministry to supporters, churches, and community
- Ensure Gospel integration across camp and ministries

Requirements:

- Commitment to loving Jesus and presenting the Gospel
- Agreement with spiritual and personal suitability standards
- Annual signature of One Hope Canada’s Statement of Affirmation
- Ability to uphold All Tribes’ mission, vision, and statement of faith
- Dedication to full-time, hands-on camp leadership
