Build customer-facing AI platform capabilities at Cloudbeds using Python, agentic workflows, and production engineering practices on a remote team.

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Core AI Squad, you will create reliable AI systems powering product experiences across Cloudbeds. Your work spans Python services, agent runtimes, model evaluation, and observability. You will collaborate with PHP and Java systems while addressing reliability, correctness, latency, scalability, cost, and model quality. The team supports intelligent hospitality products used across 150 countries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and operate customer-facing AI platform services in Python
- Build agent runtimes, orchestration, tools, state, and recovery paths
- Integrate LLM workflows into reliable production customer experiences
- Own tracing, evaluation,



observability, and quality feedback loops
- Collaborate across product, design, data, security, and engineering

Requirements:

- 5+ years building and operating production software systems
- Robust production Python skills, including APIs, tests, and debugging
- Experience with agentic systems, orchestration, or LLM workflows
- Experience with LangChain, LangSmith, LangGraph, or similar tooling
- Business-level English fluency, verbal and written
