Drive high-volume recruitment across British Columbia and Alberta using full-cycle recruiting and creative sourcing methods. This position can be based in BC or Alberta, with occasional travel required.

As a Field Recruiter, you will support frontline operations by identifying, screening, and recommending talent for diverse branches and business lines. You will partner with field leadership, manage candidate activity in Workday, and contribute to regional staffing goals. One to three years of full-cycle recruitment experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Forecast staffing needs with field operations leadership
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews
- Coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person interviews




- Extend offers and explain compensation, advantages, and agreements
- Build pipelines through career fairs and networking

Requirements:

- One to three years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Human Resources degree, diploma, or certification preferred
- Workday Applicant Tracking System experience considered an asset
- Ability to travel as required
- Valid driver's license preferred
