As Engineering Manager, you will support six to eight software engineers while staying deeply involved in technical details. Partner with a Product Manager and Designer as a product trio to understand customers, assess feasibility, and deliver user value incrementally. Collaborate with Tech Leads and Engineering Managers on shared technical choices, team boundaries, infrastructure, hiring, and engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support and manage six to eight software engineers
- Guide architecture, design, data modelling, and implementation choices
- Develop technical practices, delivery processes, and systems thinking




- Help engineers grow through mentoring and frequent feedback
- Collaborate on shared systems, infrastructure, hiring, and culture

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years of hands-on product engineering experience
- Two-plus years as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager
- Experience leading alongside Product Managers and UX Designers
- Strong software architecture, design, testing, and production support fundamentals
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
