Support water treatment projects from WJ Groundwater’s Toronto head office, applying project coordination and water process design skills. Site visits are required.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support water treatment projects across design, schedules, budgets, resources, and quality standards. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, contribute to equipment sizing, and communicate with clients, site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. The position reports to the Water Treatment Division Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with multidisciplinary water treatment project management
- Support equipment sizing and selection for treatment infrastructure
- Develop and monitor design and contract administration schedules




- Oversee site activities and resolve project issues
- Prepare reports, documentation, tenders, and work procedures

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum one year coordinating projects or supervising construction sites
- Water treatment, hydrogeology, or civil engineering understanding
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 and AutoCAD skills
- Comfort working outdoors, on industrial sites, and in confined spaces
