As Manager, Human Resources Technology and Workforce Analytics, you will lead People, Equity and Culture technology, analytics, and shared services. The position oversees HR systems, workforce reporting, records administration, transactional services, and operational delivery. It also represents operational requirements across technology-enabled initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead PEC technology solutions, analytics, reporting, and data governance
- Oversee dashboards, business intelligence, data quality, privacy, and compliance
- Coordinate requirements, testing, implementation, and operational transitions
- Lead process redesign, workflow improvements,



and automation initiatives
- Oversee records administration, transactions, inquiries, and support services

Requirements:

- University degree or approved equivalent education and experience
- Five years leading related functions within a complex organization
- Two years of direct supervisory experience
- Experience implementing and administering HR technology solutions
- Knowledge of HR processes, data management, records, and payroll relationships
