Lawyer Done Deal is looking for a hands-on Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist to join our Toronto team for a 12-month contract — keeping campaigns, systems, reporting and events running smoothly across Marketing and Sales.This role is a excellent fit for someone who enjoys the operational side of marketing and sales — keeping campaigns moving, managing systems and data, coordinating events and webinars, and making sure the details behind the work get done accurately and on time.You'll work closely with LDD's VP of Marketing and collaborate across Sales, Product and Customer teams.What You'll DoBuild, test and schedule email campaignsSchedule and publish social media contentUpdate website and landing-page contentSupport in-app and product communicationsMaintain marketing calendars, campaign timelines and assetsSupport day-to-day administration of Zoho CRM and related sales and marketing toolsPrepare recurring Sales and Marketing reportsCoordinate webinars, conferences, sponsorship deliverables and event logisticsSupport conference lead management and post-event follow-upCreate and update routine marketing materials using established templatesHelp document and improve repeatable Marketing and Sales Operations processesWhat We're Looking ForYou're organized,



dependable and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
