Direct production planning, scheduling, and capacity optimization across two manufacturing facilities. Use performance indicators to improve productivity, quality, delivery, and operating costs. As Director of Operations, you report to the Vice President and coordinate manufacturing, painting, assembly, packaging, and technical production support. The position requires strategic, hands-on leadership across departments and shifts. You will manage operational resources, budgets, and corrective actions while developing managers. Ten years of manufacturing operations experience required At least four years managing other managers ERP or MRP production planning and scheduling experience Mixed-model or make-to-order manufacturing experience preferred Qualified proficiency in spoken and written French and English Bring production planning, capacity management, budget oversight, and bilingual leadership to a multi-facility manufacturing operation focused on measurable improvement.
