The work combines engineering drawing interpretation, tooling setup, operator support, and machining troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize Mastercam CNC programs for complex components
- Interpret drawings, CAD models, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Select, prepare, and set up tooling, holders, and fixtures
- Support operators with adjustments, instructions, and troubleshooting




- Verify first-off components against engineering and quality requirements

Requirements:

- Proven CNC programming experience in precision manufacturing
- Robust proficiency with Mastercam and hands-on machining experience
- Experience programming and operating CNC lathes
- Understanding of tooling, workholding, cutting speeds, feeds, and tolerances
- Ability to interpret CAD, GD&T;, and machining specifications
