The Learning and Development Specialist supports organizational effectiveness across IDS and Quantem Aviation Services. This position coordinates onboarding, career development, mentorship, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management initiatives. You will partner with managers and business leaders to strengthen talent pipelines, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate current hire onboarding and corporate orientation programs
- Conduct skills gap analyses and recommend learning solutions
- Support career, mentorship, leadership, and succession programs
- Administer annual performance reviews and improve processes




- Evaluate learning initiatives and recommend improvements

Requirements:

- Three to five years in learning, training, talent management, or related HR
- Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating development programs
- Experience supporting engagement, succession, mentorship, and performance management
- Proficiency with LMS, Microsoft Office, Excel, and learning technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, or related field
