As Director of Airport Operations, you will lead full-service and quick-service restaurant concepts at YOW. Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Operations, you will build management teams, develop Restaurant General Managers, and ensure solid guest experiences. Your work will connect operational performance, financial results, brand standards, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead operational and financial performance across multiple restaurant locations
- Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers
- Drive sales, profitability, labor, food costs, and P&L; performance
- Ensure brand standards,



food safety, and guest service execution
- Partner with airport, brand, and corporate support teams

Requirements:

- Seven or more years of progressive restaurant management experience
- Multi-unit P&L; responsibility or equivalent education and experience
- Full-service restaurant and food and beverage operations background
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Airport concessions experience is highly desirable
