Job Description

The client is looking for a BSA who translates claims needsinto deliverables that Guidewire ClaimCenter development teams can act on. The"systems" component rests on the requirement for advanced knowledgeof application integration, which sets the role apart from a process-onlybusiness analyst. The threshold is high and cumulative: 8 years in analysis,including 5 as a BSA on ClaimCenter, Guidewire ACE certification and propertyand casualty insurance experience. The role covers the full delivery cycle, throughfunctional testing, UAT and production support when needed. The descriptionallows other combinations of education and experience, which relaxes the degreewithout affecting the other thresholds.

Candidate sought : an ACE-certified BSA with at least 5years of ClaimCenter projects in property and casualty insurance, able to writeuser stories, business rules and impact analyses, and to work with architectson REST/SOAP integration flows. Their resume shows involvement in testing andUAT in an Agile context.

- Business analyst whose insurance experience is limited tolife and health insurance or banking, with no property and casualty engagement.
- Analyst with no demonstrated exposure to integrations (RESTor SOAP APIs, XML or JSON exchanges).
- QA profile whose testing experience comes with norequirements or user story writing.
