This full time General Manager role suits an experienced hospitality leader ready to guide the club’s next chapter. You will oversee daily operations while growing golf activity, tournament and event business, customer development, and revenue. The owner also plans strategic property reinvestment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily operations and overall club accountability
- Manage golf operations, tee-sheet use, customer experience, and staff performance
- Develop tournaments, leagues, groups, partnerships, and revenue opportunities
- Oversee promotions, brand positioning,



and customer-development initiatives
- Coordinate food and beverage, course, and event requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of hospitality leadership experience
- Proven financial management and operational excellence
- Strong team leadership and accountability-building ability
- Golfer or advanced knowledge of golf
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and key events
