Convergint seeks a team-oriented, results-driven Fire Alarm Technician for recent and installed systems. The work includes troubleshooting equipment or software, supporting service calls, and delivering customer solutions. CFAA certification, commercial experience, and commissioning experience are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Test, repair, and service fire alarm systems
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment or software
- Resolve emergency and other service calls
- Perform wiring checkout, startups, and programming
- Complete commissioning and detailed service reports

Requirements:

- CFAA Fire Alarm Technician certification
- At least two years of commercial experience
- Two years in installation, startup, and commissioning
- Programming and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Edwards products preferred
