Lead clinical project delivery at Altasciences through timeline management, stakeholder communication, and risk planning. This position requires approximately 10% travel.

The Scientific Project Manager independently executes clinical projects from study award through archival. You will coordinate internal and external teams, manage client relationships, and oversee third party vendors. The work includes budgets, regulatory compliance, study documentation, and critical path management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop timelines and proactively manage critical project paths
- Coordinate meetings, action items, stakeholders, and client communications
- Manage vendors, contracting, milestones, billing, and change orders
- Coordinate clinical documents, submissions, sites,



and Trial Master Files
- Conduct budget reconciliations and provide project accruals

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or higher in sciences or related fields
- Minimum four years of clinical, nonclinical, or CDMO experience
- Minimum two years of related project management experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project systems
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
