The Senior Analyst, Lease Accounting reviews complex lease documents and translates terms into billing and recovery processes. You will track leasing activity, maintain recovery calculations, and support accurate lease setup in accounting systems. The role also provides analysis and commentary to accounting, asset management, legal, leasing, and property management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track leasing activity across the assigned portfolio
- Interpret leases for accurate tenant billing and setup
- Complete CAM, utility, and property tax recovery calculations




- Post monthly recovery accruals and investigate variances
- Recommend process and system improvements

Requirements:

- University degree preferred
- Five years interpreting commercial tenant leases preferred
- Understanding of real estate accounting concepts
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills
- Experience with large ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards or Yardi
