The Human Resources Manager provides leadership for recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, engagement, recognition, and HR administration. This employee-facing generalist works with managers, employees, business partners, and Canada HR leadership to deliver consistent programming. The role also supports policies, procedures, and employee experience enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day recruitment, training, and employee relations services
- Partner with managers on department recruitment plans
- Maintain accurate time, labour, HRIS, and payroll documentation




- Prepare business cases and manage related case files
- Lead or support employee misconduct investigations

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in business or related discipline
- Three to five years’ employee-facing generalist HR experience
- Knowledge of provincial employment legislation
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Versatile availability during retail operating hours, including evenings and weekends
